Oatmeal Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

I started making these cookies a while back. These cookies are DELICIOUS! My whole family will eat them. Plus, a bonus, they’re GLUTEN FREE. I eat them for breakfast sometimes, because they’re SO FILLING. I hope you enjoy!

2 Cups Peanut Butter

1 stick Butter

1 ½ cup Brown Sugar

1 cup Sugar

4 Eggs

2 tsp. Vanilla

3 tsp. Baking Soda

2 tsp. Salt

6 cups Rolled Oats

2 cups Chocolate Chips


Preheat oven to 375°.  Cream the Peanut Butter, Butter, Brown Sugar, and Sugar until light and fluffy. Next add the eggs one at a time and the vanilla. Then add the Baking Soda, Salt, and Rolled Oats.  Finally add the Chocolate chips. Scoop at cookies into Tablespoon size balls. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool on a wire cooling rack.


Note: For a variety try adding M&M’s instead of chocolate chips.
